At Dnrdelivery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

The item must be in resalable condition, free from damage, stains, or signs of use.
⚠️ Final Sale Items (e.g., clearance, custom orders) are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us:

Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
We will respond with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with defects:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
