1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping across the continental United States. Shipping times vary based on your location and the product ordered:

*Some larger items such as sofas, beds, or dressers may require freight delivery, which includes curbside drop-off.

3. Shipping Rates

• We offer flat-rate or free shipping on select items and promotions.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and based on the size and weight of your order.

• We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Freight & Large Item Delivery

For oversized furniture items, we use freight shipping partners. Here’s what to expect:

• Delivery is typically curbside only (not inside your home).

• The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

• Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the delivery.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please inspect the package immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue.

• For lost or delayed shipments, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.

• All deliveries require a valid street address within the contiguous U.S.
